Chili Con Crosso
The Chili Con Crosso is our competition-based cyclocross machine. It is designed for lightweight efficiency for ‘cross and gravel racing.
Front end steering control is improved through the use of a tapered headtube and tapered carbon fork. The PressFit BB 30 bottom bracket increases power transfer. Cantilever brakes keep the weight down.
Swappable vertical and horizontal rear dropouts allow you to choose a geared or singlespeed setup.
The ‘Chili’ doesn’t load up on extra braze-ons. Its features are all realistic, race inspired, and focused on the task at hand.

The best way to determine your proper frame size is to visit your local bicycle dealer. The fit chart below is a simple starting point, but the enormous variation in human body dimensions make it impossible to guarantee this fit chart will work precisely for you. We strongly suggest you consult your local bike shop in this matter. They will help you make a wise purchase.

Chili Con Crosso – Endure Geometry
Designed for lightweight, pedaling efficiency in cyclocross and gravel racing. We use a slightly lower bottom bracket for increased stability and a more balanced feel. Proven in events like Trans Iowa and the Dirty Kanza 200 -
EV6 Extrolite Tubeset
Custom blended and heat treated aluminum tubing used throughout the frame. This material yields a strong, very light-weight frame with a superior fatigue life -
Shaped Chainstays and Seatstays
Provide lateral stiffness and a little extra vertical compliance -
Tapered Headtube
Allows use of tapered forks or standard 1-1/8" forks. Combining the tapered headtube with the large formed downtube greatly increases the front end stiffness and strength of the frame without adding significant weight -
PressFit 30 Bottom Bracket Shell
Lighter and stiffer for more efficient power transmission -
Tapered Seat Tube
Allows use of a small diameter (27.2mm) seatpost without needing shims. The 27.2mm seatpost avoids the overly harsh ride quality that can result from larger diameter seatposts -
Biaxially Ovalized Downtube
Stiffens bottom bracket for improved power transfer while also stiffening front triangle. -
Shaped Toptube
Flattened section for more comfortable shouldering during run-ups -
