December in Minnesota means Fatbike season. Why? Well we just got 16” of snow on Sunday so that certainly goes a long way to answering the question. That said, while my Minnesota cycling brethren were out enjoying the fresh pow…I had a different destination in mind. Solana Beach California. No snow? No problem. All I need is a sunset on the beach. Anyone have a Corona?
