For the last 5 days I've been part of a business development trip out in Utah. This trip included some personal time, some business, some politics and some fun. I've never been on one of these trips before. Maybe someday I'll share a little bit about my participation and why someone from Salsa was part of a trip like this. Until then, I thought I'd share a few fun images from the past 4 days.
We were all comped IFly tickets. Imagine a wind tunnel pointing straight up with wind blowing about 100 mph. Now imagine stepping out into that wind and floating in mid air. It was incredible. I have a new found respect for those folks that jump out of planes and do what they do. Amazing.
Lot's of important decisions were made while on this trip. Here are Steve, the owner of Salsa, and Salsa Amigo Paul picking music on the old juke box at the Shooting Star Saloon in Huntsville, Utah.
Since this is the Salsa blog, here's a salsa reference found on the wall at the Shooting Star. I like it. Tell people what to expect. Some will get it. Some won't. Some will stay. Some won't. Right on.
Thankfully, this trip had little to do with Salsa and I learned a lot. Looking forward to coming home and getting back to work.
Until then, I think I'll enjoy the view.
