8 CommentsThe 20th Aniversary of Sea Otter is now behind us. It sure was fun showing all the new stuff to both new and old friends. Mike, Matt and I had a blast meeting all the Salsa rider's. Here are just a few Salsa Amigos we encountered.
Alec Miller is one fast 11 year old. HIs amazingly light and fast 14" MotoRapido helped him capture a 4th place finish. This kid is fast. Watch for him in cross season too as his Salsa riding dad built him a Chili Con Crosso as well.
Bryan Cole of Clif Bar stopped by with his adventure touring El Mariahchi. Sweet set up.
Kelly Stephens sure seemed to be having a lot of fun with his Mamasita. Thanks for the laughs Kelly.
Beyond the great folks, we also got to do a little riding and a little shooting. Kid Riemer taught me a lot last week. Here are a couple of fun shots from my camera.

This section of singletrack was on course at Sea Otter. It really is a beautiful stretch of trail. We caught it late in the day after set up. I loved the long shadows and the vibrant colors.
So...That's a wrap on Sea Otter 2010.

Beautiful photos… That one of the new El Mariachi in the flowers is a great one. Glad is was an awesome trip. That kid has an incredible Moto Rapido! What a lucky little bugger!!

Hey guys…thanks for posting the shot of my son (Alec Miller). Yes, he’s a lucky 11 year old with a sweet Moto Rapido and a great family that drove him 12.5 hours to race Sea Otter. It won’t be the last photo you see of him riding a Salsa…look for him at Nationals.

P.S. after review he got 5th (still on the podium)...but his training is just starting so watchout when he says on your right you might want to move

Alec Miller… Sorry I got his name wrong. He’s still fast and has great taste in bikes. Thanks Hal for bringing up the next generation of Amigos the right way—adventuring by bike!
