Spring Riding Stoke

I don't know about all of you, but for me one of the joys of riding in the spring is seeing the transformation of the environment.  Up here in MN, this means the melting of snow, the greening of our forests and the blooming of flowers.   I know that a lot of folks reading this blog entry don't have a winter like us.  However, I am betting you appreciate blooming flowers as much as we do.   So....Today I bring you some pictures from recent rides, both here in MN and out in California in April.    Hope you enjoy them.

Wilder Ranch - Santa Cruz California

Minnehaha Parkway - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Minnehaha Parkway - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Gnat's back yard - Apple Valley, MN

Some gravel road - Northfield, Minnesota

As you can see, spring has been an incredible time filled with riding, fun and great beauty.   We sure hope all of you are getting out to enjoy spring in your area too.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Jason Boucher

Growing up as a Minnesota farm boy, I developed an appreciation and love for land and open space. This appreciation has fostered two passions, cycling and photography. Both of these passions provide freedom, encourage me to explore and foster creativity. More importantly though, my journey with a bike and a camera reminds me that the world is big and I am small.

The only bad thing about spring trees and flowers is the pollen that goes along with them.

Man, those are some awesome shots, Gnat.  You’re a man of many talents.  Now we just need to convince our good buddy upstairs to extend each day to 28 hours so we can get more of the things we love into our lives regularly.  Man, that’d be the ticket, ‘eh?  LOL!

And Tom, I hear ya’ on the allergies thing… It’s insane right now here in Lincoln.  It’s like the things that I love most are trying to choke me off.  A paradox of nature.
