Cold Rolled - The Full Film

Today we bring you Clear & Cold Cinema's film, Cold Rolled...uninterrupted. Enjoy!

On behalf of Salsa, I'd like to congratulate Aaron Peterson for his vision in creating this film. Not only did he capture some fantastic fatbike riding with stunning cinematography, but he's shared the fundamental truth behind most things bicycling related: That passionate people create amazing things.

While the passion of the filmmaker is perhaps self-evident, the passion of the Noquemanon Trail Network folks and fatbiker's of Marquette, Michigan were truly integral to creating not just a great film, but perhaps a new standard for fatbike trails with the birth of the Snow Bike Route.

To everyone involved with the creation of either the trail or this film, we say 'Thank you'.

I love being outside. I prefer to ride on dirt. Or snow. If I was born a hundred years earlier I might have been a polar explorer. There's a great natural world out there to see, smell, taste, listen to, and experience. Life slows down out there and the distractions we've created will disappear if you let them. Give me a backpack and let me go.

Great little film! Really enjoyed it. I live bike culture (Vancouver, BC) - wanna come to Marquette and ride a fat bike on a crisp winter’s ride!

Excellent! This was my first chance to watch the entire film, and it’s great! The Backcountry MTB Trail Patrol got into fat bikes in a big way this season with the addition of 2 patrol-owned Pugsleys. We have 6 members with their own big rigs, and we will probably have more next winter. You’ll see us at the races; Solstice, the Loppet, Cuyuna and the Birkie. Fun film, I’ll spread the word.
