Our Warbird, Warroad, and Journeyman models all have the versatility to run either the classic 700c or the repopularized 650b wheels and tires. While it's nice to have choices, making the right decision when it comes to wheel and tire size can be a bit daunting.
Salsa Design Engineer Sean Mailen knows a thing or two about the ride characteristics of 700c and 650b wheel and tire combinations. We sat down with him to get the skinny on the differences between these two options, and when you might choose to ride one over the other.
