Introducing #ChaiseAtHome

It was a difficult decision to retire The Chaise at the beginning of this year. We loved being out on course during events and connecting with everyone who rolled by throughout the day. We remember vividly how much fun it could bring to people. It was even more difficult to see some of our favorite events cancelled or postponed indefinitely this year.

We thought that if we could somehow give even a little bit of that Chaise joy to people right now, it’d be worth it. Salsa Project Manager Michael Groskreutz came up with an idea to create Chase The Chaise background images to spice up peoples’ video calls and it seemed like the perfect way to (safely) bring The Chaise to more people than ever.

A laptop screen is split into nine windows, each with a member of the Salsa team sitting on a chaise lounge with a landscape in the background

So we collected all of the shots that Scott Haraldson (The Chaise’s personal photographer) took over the past two years, plus this year’s retirement tour, and created photo backgrounds you can add to your video calls or desktop. Download your favorites from the gallery. If you take a photo of yourself on The Chaise, be sure to share it with us using #ChaiseAtHome!

Stay safe, #ChaiseAtHome. We hope to see you back out there someday soon.
